About The Position

The Canadian Niagara Hotels Group of Companies is a large and diversified entertainment and hospitality organization with over 3,500 employees. This role is for a Sheraton Club Lounge Associate, responsible for establishing relationships with loyal members, managing F&B setup for breakfast and afternoon hors d’oeuvres, running daily reports, and analyzing guest profiles to ensure correct payment allocation for club access packages.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred
• Smart Serve certification
• Good knowledge of Sheraton brand
• Great understanding of our SPG loyalty program
• Must be comfortable with guests and be able to speak in a professional manner
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Light Speed)
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety
• Have a warm personality able to connect with guests
• Able to multitask while maintaining cleanliness of lounge
• Able to lift 20lbs and meet physical demands
• Dedicated and have good attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Establish a good relationship with our loyal repeat members and acknowledge them upon return to our hotel
• Professional F&B setup for Breakfast or Afternoon Hors D’oeuvres
• Run daily reports
• Analyze notes in guest profiles and make sure that payment is allocated for packages with club access.
