About The Position

Directs, supervises, plans and implements the programmatic and administrative operations of the program; directs staff in implementation of Sanctuary plans. Oversee daily program operations and administration, including case management, employment, housing placements, healthcare compliance, recreation, food service, security, maintenance, staffing, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and provide leadership to staff; coordinate professional development opportunities and ensure accurate, timely completion of responsibilities and program goals. Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered programming, direct supports, and service plans that address residents’ daily living skills, resource management, healthcare, advocacy, sanctuary rules, and overall engagement while ensuring services remain effective and relevant. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and program requirements; manage critical incident follow-up, analyze program data for continuous improvement, and maintain collaborative relationships with community agencies and organizations through meetings and community engagement. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Humanities, Psychology, Human Services, and 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Outstanding communication skills for working with operations staff.
