The Shelter Manager provides strategic leadership and full operational oversight of the Valley Crisis Center’s 24/7 emergency shelter and transitional housing programs. This role is responsible for the integration, management, and continuous improvement of Domestic Violence (DV), Sexual Assault (SA), and Human Trafficking (HT) housing services within a unified, trauma-informed, Housing First model. The Shelter Manager exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing program operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with grant and regulatory requirements, and advancing organizational priorities. This position is accountable for program performance, staff leadership, and service delivery outcomes, while maintaining alignment with funder expectations and best practices.
