The Shelter Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to families residing in shelter. Using motivational interviewing and strength-based practices, the Case Manager works collaboratively with participants to develop individualized rehousing plans that include clear goals, measurable action steps, and targeted interventions designed to promote self-sufficiency and secure safe, stable, and affordable permanent housing. Shelter Case Managers are cross-trained in the Stabilization Program and may be assigned to provide Stabilization services as needed to support program operations and ensure continuity of client services.
