About The Position

Help a Young Person Find Their Next Step at Brittany's Place. 180 Degrees believes every young person deserves a safe place to land, no matter what brought them to our door. Our youth shelters serve adolescents ages 12–19 navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives: homelessness, running away, family conflict, exploitation, or county placement. For many of these youth, trust, consistency, and dignity have been in short supply, and that's exactly what we're here to offer. Every young person in our shelter needs someone in their corner, someone who sees the full picture, plans with them (not for them), and helps chart a path forward. That's you. As a Shelter Case Manager, you provide intensive, relationship-based case management to youth during a critical window of stabilization. You're not here to control or enforce, you're here to advocate, collaborate, and build a real plan for what's next. Working closely with shelter staff and community partners, you help youth move from crisis toward stability, one conversation and one decision at a time.
