About The Position

A Shelf Operator A operates offshore production facilities in accordance with customer requirements. The position involves testing, calibrating, maintaining, and inspecting equipment; completing required paperwork; and coordinating facility logistics. The role also requires relevant chemical-treatment and equipment competencies, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a safety-oriented approach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work independently as a self-motivated individual.
• TWIC.
• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Glycol Dehydration Systems and Draft Burner Units, heat exchangers, and 3 Phase Separation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
• Safety-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate offshore production facilities in accordance with customer requirements.
• Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment.
• Complete mandatory paperwork required by customers and government agencies.
• Coordinate logistics for the facility.
• Apply chemical treating and handling competencies.
• Maintain organization of the platform.
