About The Position

Island Operating is seeking an experienced Production Operator for offshore Shelf properties out of Venice. The position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production facilities while maintaining compliance with customer requirements, BSEE regulations, and Island’s Living in the Z.O.N.E. safety culture. The Operator monitors and maintains production equipment, troubleshoots operational issues, completes required documentation, and works closely with the offshore team to maintain safe and reliable production.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct production operations experience.
• High school diploma.
• Computer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
• Safety-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or competency with Glycol Dehydration Systems, Draft Burner Units, Heat Exchangers, and 3 Phase Separation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements.
• Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment.
• Complete mandatory paperwork required by customers and government agencies.
• Coordinate logistics for the facility.
• Handle chemical treating and handling duties.
• Maintain the platform in an organized condition.
• Work with the offshore team to support safe and reliable production.
