The position involves reviewing and processing new loan packages from dealer clients for loan proceeds disbursement and new account boarding. This includes ensuring all required paperwork is received and properly documented. The role also entails handling escalated calls and requests from dealer clients, providing problem resolution, and supporting department functions. A key aspect is delivering the Perfect Client Experience (PCE) via telephone while adhering to Bank policies, procedures, and TRUIST values. The Specialist II will also provide training, coaching, and mentoring to Dealer Discount Specialist I positions and assist with complex tasks. Additionally, they will perform supplemental department business processes and reporting, track and cure incomplete loan packages or those with discrepancies, execute commodity checks via telephone, and assist in attaching dealer loan proceeds confirmations.
