About The Position

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sheeter Operator for its production team. The role operates and monitors sheeting equipment during manufacturing, ensuring quality and production standards are met. The operator sets up materials, checks jobs against specifications, performs quality checks, addresses minor machine issues, and assists with machine upkeep. The position works with material handlers, supervisors, and other departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helps maintain a clean, safe workplace. Forklift/clamp truck training is provided. The schedule is third shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience is required.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with machine maintenance and upkeep.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Nice To Haves

Machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
