About The Position
Lead sheet metal operations across multiple commercial and industrial HVAC projects with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Oversee fabrication, installation, and field execution on data centers, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, and large commercial builds.
Requirements
- 7+ years commercial/industrial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
- 3+ years leadership experience as leadman, foreman, or similar
- Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and SMACNA standards
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and mechanical drawings
- Valid driver's license, insurable record

Responsibilities
- Oversee sheet metal operations across multiple commercial/industrial projects
- Manage crew coordination, manpower planning, and scheduling
- Verify installations meet plans, specs, and SMACNA standards
- Coordinate fabrication schedules and material logistics with field teams
- Mentor leadmen, foremen, and field crews, supporting workforce development
- Coordinate with project managers and senior leadership on planning and operations
