About The Position

PlanIT is looking for a C-130 Flight control Sheet metal mechanic to plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. This role requires experience working with thinner materials, flight controls, or back shop repair experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years structures/Sheetmetal experience
• Experience working with thinner materials, flight controls, or back shop repair experience.

Nice To Haves

• Flight control/thinner material experience preferred
• Candidates with Flight control repair experience, back shop fabrication/repair experience, General aviation repair experience Part Fabrication experience is desired
