About The Position
ACI Mechanical is a full-service, merit-shop, design-build commercial and industrial mechanical contractor founded in 1945. The ACI Team comprises of engineers, project managers, skilled welders, pipe fitters, sheet metal mechanics, service technicians, and support staff who are all dedicated to serving our clients. ACI Mechanical is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to lead, train, and guide our sheet metal crew in the field. This individual is expected to oversee operations and ensure the crew is prepared and given the resources to succeed.
Requirements
- 2-5 years managerial experience in the sheet metal field
- Driving record meets company requirements
- Successful passing of pre-employment drug screening required
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10, 30 are not required upon application, but will be required after hire
Responsibilities
- Display knowledge of commercial duct systems and processes
- Ability to read plans and specifications and ensure compliance of duct work with contract documents
- Layout and coordinate sheet metal duct work and associated air-side systems
- Complete measurements in the field for duct creation and installation
- Schedule and organize materials needed in the field in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
