About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee commercial heating and air conditioning projects in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects. This role supervises HVAC workers, coordinates schedules and project budgets, communicates progress to superiors, supports communication between construction workers and supervisors, promotes safe work practices, and performs quality checks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with commercial new construction and remodeling.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings.
