The role coordinates machine schedules to supply high-volume standard panels and custom interior and exterior profiles to downstream building lines. It is accountable for precise shearing, cutting, bending, and prefabrication of panels, ensuring a continuous, defect-free supply of formed sheet metal components for downstream assembly in the workshop and construction yard.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience running sheet metal fabrication lines, manual shears, and hydraulic press brakes.
  • Expert proficiency in calculating sheet metal bend allowances, flat patterns, and blank lengths.
  • Experience leading machine operators or sheet metal fabrication tradespeople.

Nice To Haves
