About The Position
We are seeking a SharePoint Programmer Analyst for an 18 month temporary assignment. You will be responsible for managing, migrating, and customizing SharePoint environments to support both internal teams and external customers.
Requirements
- College or university degree in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of SharePoint (2010 to 2019)
- Knowledge of SharePoint Designer
- Knowledge of Visual Studio 2019 (custom code in C# for SharePoint Events and WebParts)
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Knowledge of Oracle 10g and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of SQL Server (2012 to 2019) and stored procedures
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and demonstrated leadership
- Ability to promote optimal solutions to complex problems
- Strong team spirit and customer oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple files/projects simultaneously
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage access to Sharepoint environments
- Create new Sharepoint portals tailored to team needs
- Migrate Sharepoint sites from an older version to a newer release
- Customize Sharepoint, including the Forms WebPart
- Create and modify reports using various reporting tools
- Investigate and resolve issues for internal and external customers
