About The Position

CORE-CSI is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / Solution Architect to modernize its SharePoint environment. The role focuses on migrating on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online, rewriting and migrating Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate, and improving content and knowledge management capabilities. The position develops SharePoint applications and canvas and model-driven applications, using modern development frameworks and technologies.

The successful candidate will apply expertise in both legacy SharePoint versions and current platforms, guide migration strategies and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions, mentor junior team members, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. An active TS/SC clearance is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
• Proven experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Strong background in Nintex forms and workflows, with experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SPFx, REST, and content management systems.
• Experience with jQuery, React, Angular, and other development frameworks.
• Familiarity with SharePoint classic and modern views.
• Knowledge of canvas and model-driven application development.
• In-depth knowledge of legacy SharePoint versions, such as SharePoint 2010 and 2013, and current versions such as SharePoint Online.
• Active TS/SC clearance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Department of Defense or government projects is highly favorable.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online while ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.
• Rewrite and migrate Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate, applying efficiency and functionality best practices.
• Use SPFx, REST APIs, and development frameworks such as jQuery, React, and Angular to create and enhance SharePoint applications.
• Design and implement content and knowledge management solutions for classic and modern SharePoint views.
• Develop canvas and model-driven applications to meet business requirements and enhance user engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Apply knowledge of legacy and current SharePoint platforms to guide best practices and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
