SharePoint Developer / Solution Architect - TS/SCI clearance required
About The Position
CORE-CSI is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer / Solution Architect to modernize its SharePoint environment and improve content and knowledge management capabilities. The role focuses on migrating on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online, rewriting Nintex forms and workflows in Power Apps and Power Automate, and developing SharePoint applications using modern tools and frameworks. The developer will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals, while mentoring junior team members and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
- Proven experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
- Strong background in Nintex forms and workflows, with experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in SPFx, REST, and content management systems.
- Experience with jQuery, React, Angular, and other development frameworks.
- Familiarity with SharePoint classic and modern views.
- Knowledge of canvas and model-driven app development.
- In-depth knowledge of legacy SharePoint versions, including SharePoint 2010 and 2013, and current versions such as SharePoint Online.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor and engage with people at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Department of Defense or government projects is highly favorable.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration of on-premises SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online while maintaining data integrity and a seamless user experience.
- Rewrite and migrate Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate using best practices.
- Develop and enhance SharePoint applications using SPFx, REST APIs, jQuery, React, Angular, and other modern development frameworks.
- Design and implement content and knowledge management solutions for classic and modern SharePoint views.
- Develop canvas and model-driven applications to meet business requirements and enhance user engagement.
- Mentor junior team members and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Use knowledge of legacy and current SharePoint platforms to inform best practices and migration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
