About The Position

Spry Methods is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Administrator to design, build, secure, and modernize the PM MAGTF C2 SharePoint portal for a Marine Corps portfolio. This role involves custom workflows, .NET development, UX-grade page design, and creating a metadata architecture to make legacy documentation easily searchable. The work will be highly visible and offers significant ownership of the platform.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure (database, network, security, server, storage, workstation).

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on .NET development for SharePoint site collections.
• Experience with third-party tools such as CorasWorks or comparable workflow products.
• Information architecture or metadata taxonomy work on a legacy migration.
• Strong design sense and experience creating professional-grade UX beyond default templates.

Responsibilities

• Provide SharePoint maintenance, development, administration, and training for the existing PM MAGTF C2 site.
• Design, build, maintain, and secure the portal, including developing customized workflows, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting platform issues.
• Deliver graphic design and .NET software development for site collections, ensuring layouts, navigation elements, and portal imagery meet professional UX standards.
• Conduct a legacy data audit and define the architecture and metadata for stored documentation, editing metadata fields for effective Boolean search.
• Create customized search capabilities to reduce research time for data calls.
• Maintain Portfolio Microsoft Teams sites, folders, schedules, and distribution lists.
