Tandem Center for Shared Business Success is seeking a driven and resourceful team member to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead client engagements, contribute to business development and relationship building, and roll up their sleeves to strengthen and scale our internal systems and processes. The right candidate will be comfortable flexing between client delivery, sales conversations, business development, and operational improvement depending on where demand is greatest. The Shared Success Coach will lead implementations of profit-sharing and direct employee ownership programs for a growing portfolio of client businesses, while assisting with business development efforts to attract and onboard new clients. This includes facilitating Tandem’s 5-phase process - Explore, Evaluate, Design, Implement, and Enhance - and partnering with business leaders to tailor each program to their goals and realities. While your primary focus will be client engagements and business development, you’ll also collaborate on strengthening internal tools, systems, and strategy to support Tandem’s long-term growth. This position requires comfort with ambiguity, initiative to improve how we work, and a passion for shared success.
