About The Position

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring summer 2026 interns to join the Shared Services Team. Internship opportunities are available within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Process Excellence, and Licensing. These internships are designed to provide hands‑on experience, exposure to real business operations, and meaningful project work aligned to each function. Position Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Intern: Assist with processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payment. Support account reconciliations and respond to internal or vendor payment inquiries. Accounts Receivable Intern: Assist with cash application, customer billing, and basic account reconciliations. Support the resolution of customer payment discrepancies and aging reviews. Business Process Excellence Intern: Support process documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with identifying inefficiencies and helping implement standardized process improvements. Licensing Intern: Assist with maintaining licensing records and ensuring documentation accuracy. Support compliance activities related to permits, renewals, and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 1 years of general work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
