Hawley Troxell has an immediate opening for a Shared Services Clerk in our Boise office. This is a full time in-person role. Job Duties: Provides the firms needs for duplication and copying of reports, letters, and other business-related documents for partners, attorneys, and staff. Provides back up support for Office Services positions including reception, office attendant, and runners/messengers. Monitors inventory levels and orders office supplies as needed, codes vendor invoices and processes for approval and payment, assists with facilities issues, and assists with special projects as assigned. Entry and maintenance of data in Hawley Troxell systems.
