Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs, work in warm temps, and be on your feet
  • All employees will receive comprehensive training in safety procedures and hazardous material handling as part of your onboarding and continued development.

  • Forklift Certified (or willing to become certified)
  • Basic computer knowledge a plus
  • Strong team player who can work independently

Responsibilities

  • Select tub size and prep mixing equipment for production batches
  • Precisely weigh base materials and colorants per batch ticket specs
  • Tint batches and perform drawdowns to ensure proper shade
  • Measure and adjust viscosity to exact standards
  • Work with the schedule to ensure production flows smoothly and timely
  • Gather and inspect containers before filling
  • Set up and operate filling equipment, filters, and Finex machines
  • Label, skid, and prepare filled product for warehouse storage or shipping
  • Clean and maintain pans, tanks, and tools
  • Assist with moving materials and supplies around the department
  • Operate pumps, agitators, meters, and forklifts as needed
  • Follow all PPE, HMIS, and safety guidelines
  • Document everything properly on batch tickets and logs
  • Suggest improvements and assist other departments when needed
  • Stay organized and keep your space clean and efficient
