Requirements
- Minimum 6 months–1 year technician experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service ability
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair: Brakes Suspension Engine systems Electrical systems HVAC / A/C Emissions systems
- Perform maintenance and inspections (VMI)
- Clearly explain issues and recommendations to customers
- Maintain productivity and shop efficiency
- Follow all safety and company standards
- Support teammates and contribute to a winning culture
- Continue developing your technical skills
