About The Position
We are currently looking for SG 8.0-167 DD Authorised Technicians to join an upcoming offshore wind project in the UK. These projects will have a strong focus on complex blade repair work, so we are looking for technicians with solid hands-on experience in advanced composite and structural repairs. Candidates should have previous wind turbine experience and be confident delivering high-quality repairs in demanding offshore environments.
Requirements
- valid SGRE AT/L-AT/TSWA certificate
- GWO BST
- GWO Blade Repair
- GWO Sea Survival
- GWO Enhanced First Aid
- GWO Advanced Rescue (both Hub and Nacelle)
- GWO Slinger Signaler
- Spot on metal
- Epoxy e-learnings
- Siemens e-learnings
- OGUK or RUK/Chester Step
- IRATA 1/2/3
- Previous wind turbine experience
- Solid hands-on experience in advanced composite and structural repairs
- Right to work in the UK
