About The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Advanced Structural Blade Repair Technician (Blade D) to join an upcoming offshore wind turbine blade repair project in the UK. This project is located in Scotland and has a duration of 6 weeks, starting on July 13, 2026. The scope of work includes snagging, complex blade repairs, and inspections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in advanced structural blade repair.
- Ability to work safely at height and in rope access environments.
- Valid certification portfolio including: GWO BST, GWO Sea Survival, GWO Enhanced First Aid, GWO Advanced Rescue (both Hub and Nacelle), GWO Slinger Signaler, Spot on metal, Epoxy e-learnings, Siemens e-learnings, OGUK or RUK/Chester Step, IRATA 1/2/3.
- Must hold a Blade D certificate.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working as an AT on SG 8.0-167 DD.
