About The Position

This is a seasonal position lasting for the 2026 operating season only. Seasonal associates are let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating season. This role involves upholding and maintaining the character integrity of Warner Bros IP’s (Looney Tunes and DC Comics), meeting and greeting guests with enthusiasm, and ensuring the smooth operation of character appearances. The ambassador will act as a verbal liaison between characters and guests, accompany characters and other performers from the Green Room to various in-park locations, and maintain the "show illusion" and belief of character at all times for our guests. Additionally, the role includes assisting performers in and out of costumes, ensuring all pieces are neat and secure, and caring for and maintaining the upkeep of costumes, props, and accessories. A clean and safe work environment must also be maintained.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Constantly standing, talking, climbing, walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near far, stooping, bending, kneeling.
• Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change.
• Must be able to carry 5 to 10 pounds.
• All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device.

• The ability to confidently perform and speak in front of a large crowd.
• The skills to improvise interactions with guests and other characters.
• The ability to demonstrate strong acting technique specifically improvisation.
