Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the team in planning, initiating, and managing projects. You will assist in identifying action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets, as well as report on progress against targets and make adjustments as needed. Manage officer level calendar(s). Plan and manage industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Calendar management – preferred at the Executive/Officer level
  • A focus on Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
