Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
- Must have good phone skills and interact well with others.
- Must have basic computing skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Meet timing standards and sales/engineering expectations of the product
- Work with team and train as necessary on jobs in the department
- Remaining flexible to meet the changing demands and deadlines encompassing the entire schedule
- Keeping an orderly, clean, and safe workspace to contribute to overall success of the department
- Ability to share knowledge throughout department regardless of experience level
