Requirements

Professional work experience.
Experience with a sewing machine is a MUST.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a manual chain stitch embroidery machine is a PLUS.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill custom orders from store teams and special brand projects by sewing digitally embroidered patches onto luggage accessories.
Sew custom patches onto luggage accessories with speed and accuracy.
Meet daily sewing targets and communicate any issues preventing goal achievement.
Adjust patch layout and alignment on accessories based on invoice pictures or instructions, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail.
Assist in customization by laying out customized designs before sewing.
Verify accuracy of customized designs on inventory sheets before and after sewing.
Clean up work areas after projects, customization, and sewing.
Communicate supply needs, ideas for improving efficiency and accuracy, and report repeat damages or other issues related to the sewing process.
Travel to events or stores to provide in-the-moment sewing for guests.
Perform other assigned office and/or retail duties.
