2nd Shift Standing Industrial Sewer
About The Position
National Safety Apparel is hiring Sewing Operators to join their team-based production environment. In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture protective products that keep workers safe. Training is provided. This role is responsible for producing quality safety apparel using proper sewing methods, equipment settings, and measuring tools. The operator will also be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment safely, completing required production and quality documentation accurately, working flexibly across their assigned production zone to meet team goals, communicating equipment, supply, and production needs promptly, and collaborating respectfully with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to stand throughout the workday, walk frequently, and work in a plant environment with constant background noise.
- Basic English literacy to read and understand work instructions and communicate effectively in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
