About The Position

Allegiance Flag Supply is hiring team members for their Weekend Manufacturing Shift. This schedule allows for a focused four-day work week with a three-day weekend every week. The role involves working as part of a sewing department, rotating between production stations to assemble finished flags. It is a team-driven manufacturing process where collaboration and coordination are essential to meeting production goals and maintaining high quality standards. Team members will operate and maintain industrial equipment and inspect flags at each stage to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortable learning and operating industrial equipment (training provided)
• Take pride in precision, quality and craftsmanship
• Enjoy working in a team-based environment where coordination matters
• Reliable, punctual and ready to contribute every day
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to relocate to North Charleston, SC 29420 before starting
• In-person role
