Requirements

• A sharp eye for detail.
• Great hand-eye coordination.
• The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Good with measurements (working within 1/16th of an inch).
• Comfortable using rulers and spotting small differences by eye.
• Self-motivated.
• Reliability with a desire to do the job right.

Nice To Haves

• No sewing experience required- we will train.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of sewing machines (like single/double needle, overlock, CNC auto tracker, and more).
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and build plans.
• Staying organized and handling multiple tasks on your own.
• Following all safety and work procedures.
• Learning new skills and growing with the company.
