Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Quick reaction times to short deadlines
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task (this means planning multiple projects at one time) and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Possess strong communications skills
  • The ability to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with commercial sewing machines a plus, but not required
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operating industrial sewing machines and/or automated machines
  • Familiar with knit substrates
  • Accurately measure and sew products of varying sizes to customer specifications
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Support other production tasks as assigned, including cutting, finishing, or packaging
