Requirements

• Ability to use a sewing machine to bind together various mattress components.
• Responsible for correctly labeling of finished goods.
• Maintain and sustain a clean area/environment.
• Ensure proper production materials are supplied to your station as needed to meet production schedule.
• Perform quality inspections at every step in the process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• May move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors and or tables.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals.
