The position involves operating industrial sewing machines and applying finishing elements to transform creative designs into real-world products.
Requirements
- Experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated)
- Pride in precision and attention to detail
- Ability to read job orders and follow instructions confidently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.)
- Ability to identify and correct quality issues
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual)
- Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets
- Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required
- Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly
- Read and follow work orders and specifications
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy
- Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar)
