About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a locally owned and operated residential home-services company serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The company is seeking a motivated Sewer Sales (Drains Specialist) Technician to help customers identify solutions for keeping main and secondary drain lines flowing freely. The role involves operating a remote-controlled sewer camera, monitoring equipment from above ground, providing customers with updates and detailed reports, and supporting specialty crews as needed. The position may offer potential earnings of $100,000 or more.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience.
Be detail-oriented and able to follow safety procedures closely.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Have the aptitude to work with others and take instruction.
Be able to troubleshoot, quickly diagnose situations, and choose appropriate actions to mitigate them.
Be able to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, odors, sounds, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals.
Be able to communicate orally.

Nice To Haves

Preferably 2 years of camera technician or skilled trades experience.

Responsibilities

Provide useful and detailed reports.
Monitor the location of equipment from above ground.
Provide customers with updated information.
Operate the remote-controlled sewer camera.
Provide labor support as needed for the specialty crew.
Use personal safety equipment properly and follow health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
Work long hours when needed and in all types of weather conditions.
Maintain a clean job site, pick up tools and equipment, and secure the job site each day.
Perform other duties as required.
