As our Sewer Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading and developing both our drains and sewer install teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The Sewer & Drains Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of both the drains and sewer install departments. This role ensures jobs are completed efficiently, teams are supported and held accountable, and customers receive a best-in-class experience. You’ll work closely with technicians, sales advisors, and leadership to drive revenue, improve processes, and develop your team. Jolly isn’t your typical home services company. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in home services (plumbing, drains, or sewer preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sewer and drain systems and install processes
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable in both field and office environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop drains and sewer install teams
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and job execution
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all jobs
  • Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Support technicians in the field when needed
  • Partner with sales team to ensure accurate scopes and estimates
  • Identify training opportunities and skill gaps
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance
  • Drive a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
