We are looking for a Sewer Project Manager to help homeowners navigate sewer repair and replacement projects while ensuring a seamless experience from diagnosis through completion. The Sewer Project Manager works directly with homeowners to assess sewer system issues and provide clear solutions for repair or replacement. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience, coordinating project details, and ensuring projects are completed successfully. This is a consultative role where you will educate customers, build trust, and help guide them through important decisions regarding their home plumbing infrastructure. Appointments are generated through our service technicians and marketing channels, allowing you to focus on providing solutions rather than cold calling.
