About The Position

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Manager to lead and grow our sewer and drain division in Denver. This is a leadership role for someone who understands drain cleaning, sewer repairs, excavation, trenchless solutions, and team development. We're looking for a leader who can build a strong culture, coach technicians, improve performance, and help take the department to the next level.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in sewer, drain, plumbing, or excavation operations
Strong understanding of residential drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and excavation services
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, revenue goals, and profitability
Strong communication and coaching skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sewer and drain technicians
Drive department growth, revenue, and profitability
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance
Conduct ride-alongs, training, and ongoing coaching
Oversee drain cleaning, sewer repair, excavation, and replacement operations
Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship
Recruit, interview, and retain top drain and sewer talent
Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and leadership teams to maximize efficiency and results
Maintain a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
