We are currently seeking one full-time and one part-time Banquet Setup Attendant to support our events team! We are looking for a candidate who is able to work with open availability. Requirements
- Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, enthusiastic service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.
- Keep every space organized and event-ready, from polished banquet setups to spotless cleanups.
- Handle menus, questions, and orders with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage time effectively, adapting to the rhythm of the hotel and keeping things moving smoothly.
- Follow safety protocols and report concerns promptly, using proper equipment and maintaining a secure environment.
