As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure top-notch service, motivate your team, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting staff, solving problems, and making sure every guest leaves happy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
- Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

- college coursework in hospitality is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.
- Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.
- Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales.
- Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success.
