We are currently seeking a full-time F&B Supervisor to support our Outlets department. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work evenings and weekends. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure top-notch service, motivate your team, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting staff, solving problems, and making sure every guest leaves happy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Nice To Haves

  • college coursework in hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.
  • Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.
  • Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales.
  • Support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success.
