Responsibilities include verifying trip report miles and fuel credits, explaining settlement amounts and deductions, and handling contractor inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Explain settlement amounts and deduction information
• Responsible for settling up to 80% of the revenue billed to contractors, carriers and agents
• Process certain volumes daily in a fast-paced environment
• Verify trip report miles match the system and that fuel receipts are with paperwork to give fuel credit
• Answer phones and handle any inquiries the contractor’s may have
• Follow up with drivers on any issues with paperwork
