About The Position

This is a position in the Production area. The role involves preparing and setting up screen-printing machines for each production run, aligning screens for multi-color printing, loading screens, adjusting print heads, and monitoring ink levels. The operator is responsible for ensuring production quality meets customer-approved standards and that products are packaged according to customer specifications.

Requirements

• Experience in screen printing and operating M&R printing equipment/Machines
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.A. All legal authorization documents must be valid and up to date.
• Maintain good physical condition and a positive attitude.
• Punctual and responsible, attention to details, organized, knowledge of basic computer information.
• Strong knowledge of various screen-printing techniques and ink types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up screen-printing machines for each production run.
• Properly align screens for multi-color printing (registration).
• Load screens, adjust print heads, and monitor ink levels.
• Ensure production quality meets the standards approved by the customer.
• Ensure products are packaged according to customer specifications.
