About The Position

A well-established screen printing and embroidery company is seeking an experienced screen print press operator with at least two years of experience on an automatic press. This position is for textile/garment printing, not paper printing. Overtime and weekend hours may be required. The position is available immediately.

• At least two years experience with automatic press
• Ability to work on feet all day
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment

Responsibilities

• High-volume production and quick turnaround time
• Efficient setup and printing on automatic press
• Proper dryer settings for many different ink and fabric types
• Have a high attention to detail
• Troubleshoot on-press issues and be able to correct them
• Prep and burn screens using proper mesh selection
• Stretch mesh
• Sharpen squeegees
• Coat and reclaim screens
• Mix ink
• Quality control print jobs
