About The Position

This role involves operating machinery and tools to set up production equipment, ensuring correct configuration and calibration. The operator will perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation. They will also monitor machines during operation for efficiency, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and cooperate with maintenance staff as needed. A key part of the role is checking finished products for accuracy and submitting them for approval. The position also requires the ability to train others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and tools to set up production equipment.
• Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• Set up and/or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary.
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.
• Ability to train others.
