About The Position

This role involves setting up, building, and testing multiple powersports vehicles in a timely manner according to manufacturer specifications. The technician will also proactively build units for the sales floor to replace sold items, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and continuously seek improvements in their performance and the department. The position requires a love for hands-on, fast-paced work, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for powersports. Effective communication and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Requirements

Love for hands on fast paced work environment
Safety minded with mechanical aptitude
Love for powersports and the ability to ride or drive them
Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents including but not limited to assembly manuals.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Regular Scheduled Attendance is required during store hours to meet the needs of the customers and the company.
Clear MVR allowing our insurance to cover you.
Basic computer knowledge i.e. typing and the use of scheduling systems
Motorcycle endorsement within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

QC, PDI and test ride multiple powersports vehicles in a timely manner and according to Manufacturer specifications.

Constantly look for ways to improve your performance and your department.
