Sessional Lecturer, RCM 200, College of Engineering
About The Position
The Graham School of Professional Development, College of Engineering invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the RCM 200 Effective Professional Communication course during the 2025-26 Spring Term, specifically from May 4 to June 19, 2026. The course will be delivered as a lecture on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 9:20 PM, with an expected enrollment limit of 22 students. The appointment period includes additional days for preparation and marking. Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree in rhetorical studies
- Significant post-secondary teaching experience in a rhetorically grounded communication course (if specialization is not in rhetorical studies)
- Prepared to work cooperatively in a team setting with other faculty and instructors to deliver consistent quality and content in multi-sectioned courses
- A valid driver’s license is required for off campus courses
