About The Position

The Department of Economics, College of Arts and Science invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach Introductory Microeconomics (ECON 111.3) during Term One of the 2026-2027 Regular Session and Introductory Macroeconomics (ECON 114.3) during Term Two of the 2026-2027 Regular Session. Both courses will be offered on-campus as face-to-face lectures in Prince Albert. The courses have expected enrollment limits of 40 for ECON 111.3 and 46 for ECON 114.3. Appointment periods include additional days for preparation and marking. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Requirements

  • A graduate degree in economics.
  • Teaching experience in economics.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses.

  • Teach ECON 114.3 (Introductory Macroeconomics) during Term Two of the 2026-2027 Regular Session.
  • Prepare and mark course materials.
