About The Position

This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the course RSM462H1 - Managing People in the Context of Glo during the Fall 2026 term (September to December). The role involves assisting with course delivery and administration. The instructor is required to be in person.

Requirements

• Graduate degree holder in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, International Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, conducting research, or working in international human resource management, global workforce management, or cross-cultural management is required.
• Previous teaching assistant experience in Organizational Behaviour courses at Rotman School of Management is required.
• Must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery depending on circumstances.
• Required to be in person.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of the posted position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grading assignments
• Proctoring final exam
• Invigilate tests and exams as required
• Holds tutorials and office hours
• Other duties as assigned
