About The Position

This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the course RSM1260 - Leading People in Organizations during the Fall 2026 term (September to December). The role involves assisting with grading, proctoring exams, invigilating tests, holding tutorials and office hours, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires the candidate to be physically present in person.

Requirements

• Graduate degree with a strong academic background in Organizational Behaviour
• Previous TA experience in this course (RSM1260) is required
• Must be in person

• Completion of RSM1260 Leading People in Organizations with a final grade of A- or above highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in grading assignments
• Proctoring final exam
